Try our Chicken San Choy Bow Recipe
Ingredients: 500g chicken mince, 2 tsp chicken stock powder, 2 tsp cornflour, 2 tbs canola oil, 2 garlic cloves – crushed, 2 tbs grated ginger, 2 tbs kecap manis (sweet soy sauce), 1 tbs coriander, 2 green (spring) onions – sliced, 1 birdeye chilli pepper – thinly sliced, lettuce leaf cups to serve.
Method: Combine chicken mince, stock powder and cornflour. Heat oil in a large non-stick pan or wok, stir fry until cooked & then set aside.
Add garlic & ginger to pan & sauté for 1 minute, add sauce & then return mince to pan. Heat through.
Toss through chopped coriander. Scatter with green onions & fresh chilli and serve in lettuce leaf cups.
